The Challenge
The client's WooCommerce store was slow (4–6s page loads), had a 78% cart abandonment rate, and couldn't support their growing vendor network. Peak traffic events would bring the site down.
Our Solution
We rebuilt on Next.js with edge caching, a custom checkout flow optimized for mobile, and a Redis-backed inventory system that handles flash sales without overselling. Stripe handles payments with automatic tax calculation.
