A real-time fleet tracking and logistics management app for a transport company managing 200+ vehicles across the country.
The Challenge
The client was managing 200+ vehicles with phone calls and WhatsApp. Dispatchers had no visibility into vehicle locations, fuel consumption was unmonitored, and route optimization was non-existent.
Our Solution
We built a Flutter app for drivers and a web dashboard for dispatchers. GPS tracking updates every 30 seconds via Firebase Realtime Database. Google Maps integration provides route optimization and ETA calculations.
